웹사이트 평가사이트의 유저들을 대상으로 2007년 5~6월에 투표를 통해서 선정된 웹사이트들이다.
각 카테고리별로 10개의 웹사이트를 선정하였으며, 선정 결과는 다음과 같다.
투표기간이 짧았지만(20일 정도), 50만명정도가 투표를 하여 5천개의 후보작에서 뽑힌 사이트이다.
각각의 사이트가 대부분의 블로거들에게는 익숙한 사이트이고, 웹2.0사이트뿐만 아니라 보편적인 사이트가 많은 것이 특징이다.
